FIND DNC Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FIND DNC (www.finddnc.com) and related DNC list scrubbing and telemarketing compliance tools (collectively, the "Service").

1. Service Description

FIND DNC provides automated list comparison tools against National Federal and 50-State Do-Not-Call registries. While FIND DNC utilizes high-accuracy algorithms and frequent synchronization, compliance with telemarketing laws (such as the TCPA and state statutes) remains the legal responsibility of the calling entity.

2. User Obligations & Sanctions

Users agree to use FIND DNC exclusively for lawful telemarketing compliance purposes. You agree not to upload malicious files, reverse engineer the platform, or resell access without explicit authorization.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions provide unlimited monthly scrubbing access at $40.00 per 30-day period following any initial trial period, managed through our secure billing portal.
